70cl / 50% - This agave spirit is made by distiller Jorge Torres in Nuevo León using agave Americana. It is fermented in a cold climate with the help of pulque, the fermented sap of the agave plant. Expect notes of asparagus, sugarcane, chilli powder, pickles, and roasted corn.
