Pal’alma Michoacan Azul 23.03 Destilado de Agave

70cl / 52% - This ancestral spirit from Pal’alma is distilled from blue Weber agave, the same variety used to make tequila. However, unlike most tequila this bottling is the product of a single village in the state of Michoacán, made with naturally fermented agaves and twice distilled in small copper pot stills. As such, it provides a beautiful expression of the raw materials and the terroir with notes of citrus fruit, subtle smoke and a creamy texture.
