70cl / 58.1% / North Star Spirits - A 2008 Glentauchers single malt from independent bottler North Star Spirits that was matured in a single oloroso sherry butt for 14 years, before being bottled in November 2022. Aromas of Victoria sponge cake and biscuits fill the nose, complemented by notes of leather, dried fruit, rich sherry, toasted oak and vanilla throughout the palate.
