70cl / 46.8% - This lightly peated English single malt was distilled at White Peak distillery — established in 2017 in Derbyshire — and aged in a combination of first-fill ex-bourbon and French oak STR wine casks. The result is an approachable fruity whisky with aromas of green apples, banana and vanilla fudge on the nose. The palate offers a light whiff of smoke along with chocolate orange, allspice and tobacco.
