70cl / 56.6% / Douglas Laing - This single cask Jura was filled in 1997 and spent 25 years ageing before being bottled for Douglas Laing’s Xtra Old Particular range. Aromas of sultana, walnut and nutmeg fill the nose, complemented by notes of honey-soaked baking spices, stewed fruit and anise on the palate.
