Made from 100% Cortese grapes, this Gavi di Gavi 2024 displays a pale straw-yellow colour with delicate green reflections. The nose is lifted and floral, offering subtle notes of acacia blossom. On the palate, it is dry and rounded, with bright acidity and an elegant mineral finish – a benchmark expression of the Cortese grape.. FOOD PAIRING.
