150cl / 12.5% - The fourth release of Bollinger’s 100% Pinot Noir cuvee, which comes from Ay as well as Verzenay, Tauxieres and Avenay-Val-d’Or. There are abundant fruit and floral notes on the palate including cooked peach, apricot, wild flowers, lemon zest and hedgerow berries.
