A unique tour offers Roman themed Wine Tasting / Gourmet Lunch at the amfitheatro combined with impressive historic sites; Wine Art & History ! Autóctono grapes Mourvedre, Garnacha & Moscatel were historically important from Camp de Mourvedre & our glorious tasting represents these wines in various styles. Sadly the comarca fell from its Roman viticultural glory & nowadays only a few vineyards still remain. We pay homage to the Romans & the wines they exported to Rome with a tasting of select dry wines + historic Fondillon (aged 25+yrs) & an inspiring gourmet lunch.
