Its estate-owned vineyards span approximately 9 hectares, including the prestigious Clos des Epeneaux estate, and are cultivated according to sustainable viticulture principles. The wines produced are a pure expression of the uniqueness and richness of Burgundy's terroir. The Aligoté grapes are sourced from select vineyards that enjoy clay-limestone soils and a mild climate, ideal conditions for growing this grape variety. After harvesting and fermenting in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats, the wine is then aged on its fine lees for some time. These processes ensure a pure expression of Aligoté, that is characterized by good roundness while preserving its fresh and aromatic personality. In the glass, the Comte Armand Bourgogne Aligoté displays a bright, pale straw-yellow color. Its aromatic profile is fresh and delicate, with notes of green apple and fresh citrus, over a mineral undertone. On the palate, it is lively, elegant, and balanced, with a taut, refreshing acidity and a pleasant citrus concentration that lingers on the finish. It is the ideal wine for mixed salads, light vegetarian dishes, and fish and seafood appetizers.
