ABOUT THE WINE. Founded in 1928, Reguta Winery lies near the historic Roman town of Aquileia and the Venetian fortress city of Palmanova, in the heart of Friuli’s Pocenia municipality. Now managed by the third generation of the family, the estate spans over 250 hectares of vines. Its proximity to the Adriatic Sea ensures steady breezes and a mild climate, while the mineral-rich clay soils contribute to the character and freshness of the wines. Ribolla Gialla is a regional specialty – lesser known than its neighbour Pinot Grigio, but with even more personality when grown in the right hands. This 2024 vintage is a perfect expression of the grape's zesty charm.. TASTING NOTES. Pale straw-yellow in the glass, with delicate aromas of wildflowers, citrus peel, and soft herbs. The palate is bright and lively, offering fresh grapefruit and green apple, balanced by a subtle savoury note.
