This is an aromatic, unoaked white blend made from Colombard, Ugni Blanc, Viognier and Vermentino – sourced from the LGI collective’s extensive vineyard network across Gascony and the Languedoc. Colombard and Ugni Blanc bring citrus brightness, while Viognier and Vermentino add floral lift and peachy texture. The wine is fermented cool and aged on fine lees for three months, adding mouthfeel and complexity. Unoaked and light, it’s vibrant and fresh with notes of lemon, white peach and wild herbs. Winemaker Frédéric Garrabou – inspired by both his Languedoc roots and international experience – crafts wines with precision and approachability.
