The 2021 Stephen Vincent Chardonnay is 100% barrel-fermented, using mostly neutral oak, and aged for 15 months to enhance texture and complexity. The result is a beautifully balanced white wine with vibrant aromas of green apple, lime zest, and sour mango, evolving into flavours of toasted corn, yoghurt, vanilla, and slivered coconut. Fresh acidity supports the rich fruit, while a lightly toasty finish adds depth without overwhelming the palate.. FOOD PAIRING.
