Product Description
Our Definition Pauillac is produced in partnership with Ulysse Cazabonne, one of Bordeaux’s most respected wine merchants with close links to many top Châteaux. Director John Kolasa previously worked at Château Latour. It is owned by Chanel, who also own Château Rauzan Ségla and Château Canon. With such strong connections, Ulysse Cazabonne are able to source wines from some of Bordeaux’s most famous estates that don’t make it into their final blends. Which is why we partnered with them to bring you true Definitions of this classic Bordeaux region. This expressive Pauillac delivers all the flavour of a top estate at a fraction of the price. Expect intense flavours of blackcurrant, chocolate, liquorice and toasty notes. Its ripe tannins make this an excellent pairing for herby lamb roasts and other rich red meat dishes.
