Similar to cider, perry is made from pears instead of apples and Burrow Hill Perry is made with a combination of Thorn, Brandy and Hendre Huffcap pears. Dry and delicate on the palate it offers notes of honeyed pears and grapes, honeysuckle, nettle and springtime crispiness. Best served cold – with ice or without.
