Roland Champion Rose Carat NV Champagne

75cl / 12.5% - The Champion family have been growing grapes in Chouilly since the 18th century and the house is now run by Francois and his two daughters. They used to sell their juice to the big Champagne houses but are now keeping more back to produce their own wines. Only tiny quantities of this rose are produced and it is dependent on the quality of the harvest whether any is made or not. It is 90% white wine with 10% reserve red wine. This pale, delicate rose has fruity hints of raspberry and pomegranate.
