Try this New Zealand pink fizz that's made by the country's most awarded sparkling winemaker, Jane De Witt. Lindauer introduced the first commercial sparkling wine to New Zealand in 1981. Since then, it has gone on to win 29 trophies and 79 golds for its wines. Winemaker Jane De Witt joined the team over 20 years ago and continues to produce a range of traditional method sparkling wines, as well as some carbonated and low alcohol expressions. A blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and a tiny portion of Pinotage, this wine went through full malolactic conversion to add extra creaminess. It was then aged on its lees for a minimum of 24 months to develop toasty complexity. Expect flavours of strawberry, raspberry, and peach with toast and creamy brioche.
