Nestled within the Kent Downs and part of the designated National Landscape, Silverhand’s chalky terroir is perfect for creating high quality sparkling wine. This is a high quality blend of 60% Chardonnay, 20% Pinot Noir and 20% Pinot Meunier – the much loved trio creating some of our favourite French sparkling wines. It delivers delicate bubbles with aromas of fresh citrus, crisp apple and pear with an abundance of citrus and stone fruit flavours. Pairs it with shellfish, white meats and light English cheeses.
