A cut that's super tender and rich in flavour from The Shropshire Pantry, their Onglet (or hanger steak) is produced using retired British dairy cows that have been grass-fed and pasture-raised for up to four years after milking. By using a much more mature animal, the meat offers a fuller, more developed taste and exceptional marbling and depth of flavour.. Simply grill or pan sear for a perfect result.
