Oysters and mussels tasting with wine in Ston and Pelješac

The favorable hydrological conditions for seashell cultivation have been recognized since ancient times; remnants of oyster farming dating back to the Roman Empire have been found in the area. The Walls of Ston that you will see on the tour are large fortifications built by the Republic of Ragusa. They are the second-longest walls in Europe.
