Fundokin 3 Year Japanese Barrel Aged Soy Sauce Honjozo is a premium soy sauce brewed and aged over a period of 3 years in the world's 8 largest wooden barrels made from the heartwood of a 400-year-old Japanese cypress tree. It has a luxurious taste and rich aroma from wooden barrel fermentation. Made with locally grown whole soybeans, wheat, and sun-dried salt, this soy sauce is classified as Honjozo, the traditional brewing method stipulated by Japanese law. It is 100% naturally brewed, GMO free, and contains no preservatives, artificial flavors or colorings. This soy sauce is suitable for various dishes, such as stir frying, and also makes an excellent dipping sauce for steak or grilled meat/fish.
