Drappier Blanc de Blanc Signature NV Champagne

75cl / 12% - The cellars at Drappier date back to 1152 but it was not until 1808 that the house was officially created. They keep true to the history of the region still working with the forgotten varietals such as Arbane, Petit Meslier and Blanc Vrai and work with little to no sulphur in the wines. On the nose creamy custard apple and white flowers, and the palate is rich with a creamy grapefruit note and a lovely savoury finish.
