Located in the Côte de Nuits, the estate spans 12 hectares across some of the most prized terroirs in Nuits-Saint-Georges and Vosne-Romanée. Nearly 5 hectares are dedicated to Premier Cru parcels, including the near-monopole Aux Perdrix. Domaine des Perdrix has earned a stellar reputation for precise vineyard management and meticulous winemaking. The Terres Blanches vineyard is one of the rare sites in Nuits-Saint-Georges planted to Chardonnay—a testament to its unique character and potential.. TASTING NOTES. The 2023 vintage displays a luminous pale gold hue. The nose is vibrant and aromatic, opening with notes of white flowers, lemon zest, almond, and a hint of fresh brioche.
