Each pack contains 4 skinless, miso marinated cod portions Cook from frozen in your oven A 300g pack makes two good sized main meals These miso cod portions are made from Canadian Pacific caught cod and are marinated in red miso, soya sauce and garlic to make these absolutely mouth watering portions. They are super easy to cook, just preheat your oven to 220C, put the frozen fish on a preheated baking rack and bake for 12-14 minutes. Make sure to turn them over halfway through cooking. We think the best way to serve miso cod is just with a side of veggies and a bit of rice. There's a lot of flavor in the marinade so the rest of the dish can be nice and simple.
