Ryujo Revive by Azalea is a sweet sake made in the Kijoshu way, substituting part of the water in the fermentation process with already made sake, giving an extra layer of sweetness and a creamier structure. This beautiful sweet sake is made by using yeast extracted from Azalea flowers, giving it an elegant and floral character. It has sweet aromas of caramel, white flowers, and a buttery and umami underlying character. On the palate, it has a rich and smooth texture with honey and biscuity notes meeting a floral character. It is best served chilled (8 - 12°C) and stored in a dry and cool place.
