Gert Lush (or "very lovely" to anyone outside of the West Country) is Feltham's Farm's sophisticated take on a classic camembert - a twist that's delivering multiple awards, including Gold at the Artisan Cheese Awards 2022, and a Star at the Great Taste Awards 2022.. Unlike most camemberts, the white rind is soft, thin and cuts beautifully, revealing a gorgeously soft cheese inside. This is a real crowd pleaser, and would take pride of place on any cheese board..
