After refueling on a fresh nata and barista coffe, its down to business in the kitchen where the chef will demonstrate the dishes and then its your turn ! Vegetarians and Vegans are welcome - whilst the majority of Tapiscos culture is meat and fish based, we will cover at least one or two plant based dishes too.
