Shropshire Salumi's curious Chipotle & Stout Salami is made with a moreish blend of spices, smoky chipotle and locally sourced stour from nearby Hobson's Brewery. Made exclusively with locally reared heritage breed pork - Gloucester Old Spot and Oxford Sandy & Black.. Each batch is made by hand in their north Shropshire HQ, hung for up to 30 days to maximise the flavour.
