ALBA walking & TASTING tour (food, wine and history)

Join an exclusive food & culinary tour with 7 food & wine tasting in Alba city center by a certified tour guide!! Discover the culinary traditions of Piedmont, one of Italy's most renowned culinary scenes, our traditional recipes and the ancient roots of our history. For this unique experience, I selected for my guests an old style bakery, a cheese & salami shop, a gourmet truffle producer, a local gastronomia & an historical coffee bar in Alba. The includes the most relevant seesight and corners of the city, alternating history and art with different tastings (cheese, salami, 2 starters, truffle products, 1 pasta (agnolotti al plin or tajarin), hazelnut desserts or chocolate truffles, coffee or ice cream, water, breadsticks and 2 glasses of wine). It's the right introduction to the culinary scene of Alba and Langhe area discovering ancient ingredients & connection between food & history. A REAL OPEN AIR LUNCH!!
