Pablo's grandfather was a grill master and he is keen to keep the tradition alive. A Buenos Aires native, Pablo worked in finance in multinational companies for over 30 years but took a beef sommelier course at the University of Buenos Aires in 2019 and hasn't turned back. Pablo enjoys meeting people and sharing the food and culture of his city with guests from around the world.
