75cl / 12.5% - This 2014-vintage Champagne from Perrier-Jouët is made with a combination of 50% Chardonnay, 45% Pinot Noir and 5% Pinot Meunier grapes. It comes in a lightweight and elegant gift box, made from recycled paper and grapevine cuttings. The nose has a delicate florals with hints of lime blossom and acacia honey. While the palate offers notes of white peaches, pears, lime peel and white florals with a lingering mineral finish. Try pairing this Champagne with shellfish or poultry.
