Baobab Cleanse 60 Tablets

Biovit's Baobab Cleanse contains, baobab, Ginger, Fennel, Prune and Calcium. Formulated to support a healthy digestive tract, improve bowel regularity and contributes to the normal function of digestive enzymes. Baobab is a fruit popular in Africa. It's a rich natural source of Vitamin C and fibre, known as a prebiotic. Although Baobab has no approved health claims, one study conducted by a prominent Professor looked at how a traditional tribal diet can affect the human microbiota and gut health. The tribal diet heavily featured the Baobab fruit. Before, during and after, stool samples were taken to gain results. After just 3 days on the tribal diet, there was a 20% increase in microbiota diversity in the gut. Following this, consuming a typical westernised diet, this microbiota had reverted. Suggesting that, a regular intake of Baobab alongside a healthy diet may help to maintain a diverse gut environment. Prune, fennel and ginger are popular choices to support digestive trouble. Ginger and its active gingerols have been shown to support digestive health and intestinal tract function. Whereas prune and fennel are natural sources of fibre. Both Fennel and Prunes have been shown within studies to increase stool weight and promote bowel regularity. Dosage: Each baobab packet comes with 60 tablets for a 1 month supply, simply take up to two of our 18mm tablets per day for beneficial results.
