Sarah Sorbet Peony is a stunning perennial, reaching up to 90cm, producing exquisite triple-layered, ruffled pink blooms from large, rounded buds. Best situated towards the back of perennial borders, its blooms elegantly rise above clumps of deeply divided, dark green foliage. This peony makes a superb choice for elegant bouquets or cut flower displays. Height and Spread: 90cm (35”).Bare roots should be planted as soon as possible following delivery. Grow in a sunny or semi-shaded location in fertile, moist, well-drained soil. Peonies thrive in heavy soil enriched with organic matter; improve the soil before planting with well-rotted manure or garden compost. Plant herbaceous peonies with the crown just 5cm (2”) below the surface, ensuring not to plant too deeply to encourage flowering. Please allow 2-3 years from planting for blooms to appear.Culinary Note: The petals can be added to salads or lightly cooked and sweetened.
