Enjoy a continuous harvest of flavour-packed Brussels sprouts from October through February with the Continuity Collection. This marvellous mix of three varieties - Bright, Doric, and Dominator - offers a prolonged cropping season. Despite their flavour, these veggies don’t demand acres of space; their compact spread of just 50cm makes them ideal for containers on a sunny patio or balcony. The Brussels Sprout Continuity Collection comprises six plants of each variety.To grow, pot up plug plants and nurture them in warmth, free from frost, until well-established and the risk of frost has passed. Acclimatise the plants to outdoor conditions gradually over 7-10 days before planting in a firm, rich, fertile, and well-drained soil in full sun. Enrich the soil beforehand in early spring with plenty of well-rotted farmyard manure to boost structure and fertility. Space brassicas 60cm apart, and shield them with protective netting or fleece to ward off birds and insects. Water thoroughly after planting.These plants thrive in a full sun position, reaching a height of up to 75cm when fully grown, with a spread of up to 50cm.
