We've handpicked each dish based on personal favourites, while taking in mind the history and heritage of each location. We've spent the last year researching the tour, visiting our favourite locations and getting to know the owners and their stories. There are a lot of hidden gems in Edinburgh that people don't know about and we've included dishes you wouldn't expect to eat in Scotland. On this tour you'll be away from the tourist traps, with changing locations and dishes based on what's available in the city on that day.
