Then the battered fish fingers are finished with a delicious crispy savoury coating with hints of onion and garlic for the ultimate indulgence. Try our recipe for the ultimate fish finger sandwich to create the best lunchtime treat you will ever have. Oven bake: Cooking Guidelines - Cook from frozen. Remove all packaging before cooking. Oven Bake: Place on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes at 200°C, 180°C fan, Gas Mark 6, turning halfway through cooking. Deep Fry: Pre-heat oil in a suitable pan or deep fat fryer to 180°C. Lower product gently into the oil and fry for 9-10 minutes.
