They're packed with mozzarella, our very popular smoked salmon and slightly sweet and herby risotto filling, all inside a Parmesan coating. They make a great little treat before dinner (or just scoff the lot as a main course). These arancini are handmade to a recipe perfected by our executive chef Tim.
