Freshly caught off the Cornish coast, this whole dressed crab is a stunning example of the quality of British shellfish. Cooked and handpicked by local fishermen, the crab meat has been gently cooked with natural rock salt and pasteurised to give it a 28-day shelf-life - no artificial preservatives or additives, just classic natural preservation techniques.. You'll receive a 50/50 mix of white and brown meat (~70g of each), dressed in a natural crab shell.
