These are excellent portions from superb LARGE Cornish pollack fillets. We offer either loin steaks - prime thick portions from the back of the neck  - or fillet steaks which are oblong portions from the middle of the fillet. Pollack fillets are part of our everyday fish range. That’s because pollack fillets represent good value for money. And it’s also because you’ll find that pollack fillets are extremely versatile.
