A whole Halibut is perfect for roasting. Failing that, your barbecue should suffice.  We get our halibut from a farm on the Scottish Isle of Gigha. This means we are able to get some seriously large fish, while still maintaining our high standards of quality. The farm is the peak of sustainability and the fish are fed on only organic feed without any of those horrible additives.
