Whole Side Fresh Salmon

An incredible sashimi grade whole side of salmon from Smokin' Brothers, de-boned but with the skin on ready to be prepared at home.. This unbelievably high quality fish is sourced from Wester Ross Fisheries  - founded in 1977 as the first artisanal salmon farm in Scotland.. It's 100% free from GMOs, antibiotics, medications, or artificial flavours and colours. All salmon are hand-reared and hand-fed with a specific diet created by the farm, using offcuts from wild fish catches destined for human consumption.. Each side weighs around 1.35 kg on average.
