Cook in oven 50/50 breadcrumb / plaice 2 good servings per pack These are good but unpretentious plaice  goujons.   The price reflects the 50% breadcrumb coating, but inside there's an honest piece of (skinless) plaice. Bake in your oven and get out the tartare sauce.
