Pike fillet steaks

Pike is not our fastest-selling line, but it owns one of the most famous endorsements: ’... too good a fish for any but anglers.. or very honest men’, said Izaak Walton, the Compleat Angler. Did he mention the bones? These are one of the few fillet steaks in our range that contain bones - they are all but impossible to remove before cooking (and not easy after). Try this for hungry. Sustainability - our rating is 9/10 Our Pike are fished from The Netherlands, Poland, Sweden and Estonia. There isn't a lot of information about European Pike but the IUCN has marked them as least concern.
