Diced Salmon with a Mint Marinade

Each salmon fillet portion is hand marinated in a the Teriyaki blend, infusing it with sweet and sour flavours. Perfect for a quick meal too, these delicious portions can be oven baked or if your short on time, microwave them in a matter of minutes!  Oven: Pierce film and place in a pre-heated oven at 200°C for approx 20-25 minutes (chilled), 25-30 minutes (frozen).Microwave: (850w): Pierce film several times and cook on full power for 3-4 minutes (chilled), 5-6 minutes (frozen). Remove from packaging and serve. Take extra care when opening the film lid as the steam can get very hot!
