Wild British Half Shell King Scallops

NEED TO KNOW!  We're sorry but our current stock (spring 2023) were all frozen before what we call the "poo channel" was cleaned away. That is the one inch long dark grey string running round the side of the top of the meat. You can see it in the first pic. Using a sharp knife, you can remove this very easily when the scallops are hallf-defrosted. We're sorry to leave this job to you. In return, we have put this item on a generous discount.
