Each pack contains two skin on, boneless fillet portions Hake is perfect for pan-frying with a bit of lemon and herb butter A 320g pack will make to main meals We typically get our hake from Cornwall or Scotland and fillet them in house, so it's all super fresh when it's frozen. The fillet portion cut is a beautiful tail-end cut that's a little less thick than the fillet steaks, but has no less flavour. Since they're a little thinner, they're not the ideal cut to put in the oven but they are wonderful if you pan-fry then.
