Skewered King Prawn Tails

Handsome raw peeled prawns mounted on a wooden skewer. Perfect for barbecues and oven grilling. The prawns are unflavoured so you may want to marinate them before grilling. You could try some lime juice, brown sugar and chilli flakes. There are about 10 prawns on each skewer. One skewer would make a nice starter for one person or 2 would be a suitable main course.
