Our Boneless Beef Shin is a great and inexpensive cut for slow-cooking. Cut from the back legs, it's fairly lean but has a good layer of connective tissue running through it which melts during the cooking process, adding extra flavour and a rich warmth to any dish.At Field & Flower, we strive to bring you the best of British beef.
