Ideal dusted in flour and pan-fried with butter and capers, or tucked into soft white rolls for a refined fish sandwich.We source our fresh wild fish from vessels that land across the South West, in collaboration with Waterdance. Waterdance are an industry leading fishing collective driving for higher sustainability and lower emissions in fishing across their fleet, while investing back into local communities and frequenting the four key ports of the South West. On top of this, all our Catch of the Day packs are sourced exclusively from Brixham Harbour in Devon, a centuries old fishing hub.
