Our Cornish Gouda is semi-mature being slightly creamier and stronger than a mild Gouda. It's fantastic to find such a good quality Dutch style cheese being made in the West Country with it's famous rich buttery cow'x milk. It's nutty, mild flavour makes it perfect for either a continental breakfast or on an after dinner cheeseboard. A very versatile cheese aged between 3-4 months.Bringing you Britain’s finest.
