Our Somerset Solstice is washed in cider brandy and matured for around four weeks for a cheese that is rich, incredibly savoury with a fabulously soft texture. Our Cornish Blue is a classic blue cheese with buttery, bold flavours and characteristic blue veins. Alongside these, the cheeseboard also features a Greens of Glastonbury Twanger Cheddar, an incredibly satisfying and rich cheddar that's lovingly matured for up to two years and finally a Miss Wenna, a mellow soft cheese with earthy, mushroom undertones.
